## Design and code

Designed and coded by Taylor Davidson. Built with [Next.js](https://nextjs.org/), [Tailwind](https://www.tailwindcss.com/), and a lot of help from [Cursor](https://cursor.com/) and [Claude Code](https://www.anthropic.com/claude-code).

I have built my own websites since 1998. Design inspiration comes from European ecommerce, photography portfolios, and the ongoing question of how to mix commerce with personality, mystery, and a bit of fun. This site started in 2015 as a side project, and has moved from static HTML to Statamic to Eleventy and now a custom Next.js app, across domains from unstructuredventures.com to buildforesight.com to foresight.is to hemrock.com. Icons from [Lucide](https://lucide.dev/). Photos and screenshots are taken by me unless credited otherwise. Some blog-post illustrations are DALL-E generated — the prompts live in the image alt tags if you're curious.
